SUNBRIGHT® ME-300HS

SUNBRIGHT ME-300HS is a methoxy PEG NHS ester with a 30,000 Da PEG chain. The NHS group reacts with amine-containing molecules to form a stable amide bond. After PEGylation, the HS type is generally resistant to hydrolysis, making it suitable for the applications that require prolonged stability under aqueous or physiological conditions.
