SUNBRIGHT® ME-200TS is a methoxy PEG NHS carbonate with a 20,000 Da PEG chain. The NHS carbonate group reacts with amine-containing molecules to form a stable carbamate bond. After PEGylation, the TS type is relatively resistant to hydrolysis, making it suitable for the applications that require prolonged stability under aqueous or physiological conditions.
