SUNBRIGHT® DSPE-020GL2U (DSPE-2arm-PEG)

SUNBRIGHT DSPE-020GL2U can be applied to lipid nanoparticle (LNP) and liposomal formulations to enhance circulation time in the bloodstream. DSPE-020GL2U contains a branched polyethylene glycol (PEG) moiety covalently linked to DSPE (distearoyl phosphatidylethanolamine), which provides both robust anchoring in lipid membranes and a dense PEG coating on the nanoparticle surface, enabling flexible design of the surface modification.
